Whatever will you do with all those lemons???

I think I've recovered from the past weekend's lemonade-inspired-sunshine soiree. I think.....

But the question at hand is, what the heck am I going to do with all those lemons??

I think I'll make some more lemonade. Yes, that sounds splendid.

Nothing better than some fresh-squeezed lemonade.....

But then I couldn't help but notice how perfectly hollow my juicer was making my lemons....

So I decided to play cupcake......

I bring you......... lemon rind cupcake holders!

And picked you up some lemon squares at Fresh Market!
